At Ewudo, we’re all about providing high-quality digital products that make life a little easier and more fun. We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we want to be transparent about our refund and return policy for digital products.
Digital Products
Since all of our products are digital (eBooks, guides, courses, etc.), we generally don’t accept returns or offer refunds once the purchase is complete. This is simply because, once you’ve downloaded or accessed the product, we can’t retrieve it back.
When We Do Offer Refunds
That said, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we’re happy to help when they do. You might be eligible for a refund if:
- There’s a problem with the product: If there’s something wrong with the file (like corruption or errors), just let us know within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll either send you a new version or offer a refund.
- You bought the wrong product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, just reach out within 48 hours of purchase, and we’ll sort it out with either a refund or exchange.
How to Request a Refund
If you need a refund or have an issue with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days to figure out the best way to resolve it.
What Happens After I Download or Access the Product?
Once you’ve downloaded or accessed any of our digital products, we’re unable to offer a refund since we can’t verify whether the product has been used or not.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t offer exchanges. However, if something’s not right with your purchase, we’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
